July 2010 Waltham District Court a 50-year-old Massachusetts businessman is cited for speeding on Route 128 and two counts of unsafe lane change. United States District Court (Federal Case). A US Senate campaign aide becomes embroiled in a financial controversy, and his campaign collapses. Attorney Nathan is retained as lead counsel in a criminal investigation conducted by the FBI and the Federal Elections Commission.
Suffolk County A Massachusetts licensed professional is charged with a felony sex offense; the client had prior similar matters in another state.
