E. Brookfield District Court a 19-year-old Pennsylvania woman with a Florida drivers license is criminally applied for operating on a suspended drivers license but fails to apply for clerk magistrate hearing. She is subsequently arrested out of state and mandated to appear in Massachusetts. Attorney Nathan persuade the court to excuse the presence of the defendant and has the entire matter dismissed upon payment of court costs.
Brighton District Court a 43-year-old boutique client has a criminal complaint application handed to him for operating on a suspended license he had previously been charged with operating to endanger.
