United States District Court, Southern District Los Angeles  a family receives settlement of a $160,000 forfeiture action with attorney Nathan as co-counsel
 
United States District Court, Boston Massachusetts  a 32-year-old Massachusetts man is under investigation for investment fraud.  Representation continues.
 
Clinton District Court.  A 29-year-old Massachusetts man is arrested for possession with intent to distribute 50 pounds of marijuana.  An offer for straight probation is extracted from the commonwealth but the offer was rejected; trial scheduled

E. Brookfield District Court a 19-year-old Pennsylvania woman with a Florida drivers license is criminally applied for operating on a suspended drivers license but fails to apply for clerk magistrate hearing.  She is subsequently arrested out of state and mandated to appear in Massachusetts.  Attorney Nathan persuade the court to excuse the presence of the defendant and has the entire matter dismissed upon payment of court costs.
 
Brighton District Court a 43-year-old boutique client has a criminal complaint application handed to him for operating on a suspended license he had previously been charged with operating to endanger.  The complaint is dismissed upon motion of attorney Nathan, the client pays to get out of case no conviction no license loss.

Malden District Court, Plymouth District Court and Quincy District Court.  A California man has six year old warrants canceled and court costs are paid without the client appearing in court.  His presence is also waved at a Registry of motor vehicles hearing and the right to operate motor vehicles is reinstated

Attorney Nathan is lead counsel in major Federal computer hacking investigation $15 Million netted by defendants.

A 30-year-old Massachusetts man avoids jail time for sex with a minor as a result of the negotiations by Attorney Nathan.

United States District Court (Federal Case). A US Senate campaign aide becomes embroiled in a financial controversy, and his campaign collapses. Attorney Nathan is retained as lead counsel in a criminal investigation conducted by the FBI and the Federal Elections Commission.

Suffolk County A Massachusetts licensed professional is charged with a felony sex offense; the client had prior similar matters in another state. After two years of litigation the charge is reduced to a public disorder offense and the client is placed on unsupervised probation. A forensic sex offense psychologist and a criminal investigator were instrumental to obtaining the result in addition to the tenacity and plea bargaining skills of Attorney Nathan.

Framingham District Court. Two men are charged with trafficking 800 pounds of marijuana after their truck hauling the dope was hijacked on the Mass. Pike by drug pirates, and then crashed.
